Photo Quality Inkjet Paper

These are high-quality photo paper made by long-established manufacturer of speciality paper products in Germanyand Switzerland. The paper give exceptional results. They have carefully controlled coating thickness and optimum print quality is achieved together with the following advantages.

• Less ink is used resulting in more economical ink usage

• Because less ink is deposited on the paper, it has less tendency to bleed and therefore produces a sharper, more brilliant image.

• Blacks are truly black without "bronzing" that often takes place on other papers.

• Because we sell direct and simplify the packaging, lower prices can be offered.

Since we started importing the paper, we have been supplying members of many camera clubs throughout the country and the feedback has been very positive.

NOTE: When printing on paper it may improve the sharpness and economise on ink by setting the printer to the "film" instead of "photo paper" setting. You can do this with Kee-Jet papers because they have thinner coating layer than other papers.

Photo Inkjet Reverse Film

This is printed on the matt side (opposite side to glossy side) and with most printers the image has to be reversed for printing. In Photoshop, click on "Image", then "Rotate Canvas", then "Flip Horizontal". After printing, the photograph can be viewed from the glossy side, either by back- lighting or by mounting the film on a white background (this gives the impression of a super high glossy finish photograph and makes the image waterproof from the front).

As the supporting paper base is waterproof, the formulation of Kee-jet photo papers ensures that only the receiving layer takes-up the ink during the printing stage. This gives more economical use of inkjet cartridges

Kee-Jet media have the the following basic properties;

• Resistance to tears and kinks.
• Their surface properties (e.g. gloss) are retained longer due to the fact that the ink is absorbed by the receiving layer.
• Images are sharper compared to other paper-based products as diffusion of the ink is minimised.
• The base will not ripple after printing.
• The images are long lasting because the material has good light stability.
• Because it is printed on the reverse side, the Reverse Film product is completely waterproof if mounted correctly.
• The papers can be used on a wide range of printers due to minimal interaction between ink and the receiving layer.
